Conventional Pull Stations

Single contact, key-reset pull stations designed to meet the requirements of many applications

Distributed Architecture

All FC-250 modules operate independently. There is no central operating system, no central point of failure. Processing power is distributed throughout the campus, increasing system survivability, eliminating home-run wiring costs while decreasing downtime due to system maintenance.

Highly Survivable

Since NAC’s and SLC’s are grouped on the same module and events are processed locally, ALM modules will perform local operations even if network communication has been severed. Distributed modules also minimize campus-wide downtime by restricting maintenance to the local module.

Both the S10 Series (conventional) are single contact, key-reset manual pull stations that are designed to meet the requirements of many applications.  They are constructed from a rugged, but lightweight, die-cast metal alloy for increased performance and longevity.  S10 pull stations are available in single action (PULL lever) or dual action (PUSH bar and PULL lever) models, and are available in English or bilingual (English/French) models.

The stations are provided with one normally open contact connected to a terminal strip that can accommodate wiring from #22 to #12 AWG.  Contacts are gold plated to minimize risk of corrosion.  All models have been tested by UL and found in compliance with the pull force requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The contractor shall furnish and install, where indicated on the plans, conventional or individually identifiable (addressable) manual pull stations connected to the Fire Alarm control. The pull stations shall be monitored for device identification, alarm reporting and trouble supervision. The pull station shall be capable of reporting to the fire alarm control and storing in the history log activation, trouble and reset information. The single-action and double action stations shall consist of a die-cast metal alloy housing fitted with a pull-out lever which, when operated, locks in position after activating an alarm initiating contact. The double-action station shall also contain an additional lever which requires depression in order to reach the pull-out lever. The pull stations shall utilize gold plated contacts to minimize the risk of corrosion. Pull Stations shall be key-resettable and shall be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The addressable interface device must be UL/ULC listed and UL/ULC listed as compatible with Harding network fire controls. The manual stations shall be Harding part numbers MAN1001, MAN1011, MAN1021, MAN1002, MAN1012, MAN1022 and 56000-005 (polycarbonate).
